As a aid to parents trying to track the events their child/children are swimming in each meet, we have a simple Swim Meet Card that can be printed on either 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 file cards.
Just click the link for the size desired and choose "Save" or "Save to Disk", save it on your system and then print at least two per meet (to have extras on hand).
